The Riverside County Transportation Commission (RCTC) in cooperation with the City of Wildomar (City) and the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) are proposing to evaluate interchange and local arterial improvements at both Bundy Canyon Road and the I-15 and Wildomar Trail and the I-15 in the City of Wildomar. The objective of this scope of work is to solicit proposals for two separate Project Study Reports – Project Development Support (PSR-PDS’s) to be completed by one consultant for the Bundy Canyon Road and Wildomar Trail Interchange improvement projects. The PSR-PDS’s will be prepared and will serve as the programming and planning documents for these improvement projects. Please refer to RFQ for additional Scope of Work details.
