HCPS intends, through this solicitation, to identify qualified Awarded Vendor(s) to provide special program services for Title 1, Part D fund recipients. HCPS administers said funds to provide additional academic support and learning opportunities, as well as provide the knowledge and skills needed to make a successful transition to secondary school completion, vocational or technical training, further education, or employment. HCPS currently contracts with providers to provide special programs and services, otherwise unavailable to the district, to meet the unique and academic needs of these students. This solicitation seeks additional providers for the provision and stated services. The provision of commodities and contractual services under this solicitation includes, but is not limited to, all labor, materials, supervision, equipment, incidentals, and related items necessary to complete the requests by the specifications herein. This section identifies HCPS’ desired services and levels of performance. Proposers shall indicate a response to ALL service requirements and specifications contained in the following sections in the order listed using the same numbering system.
