The City of Kansas City, Missouri (“City”) invites you to submit a proposal for design professional services. The general scope of this work includes project inspection, documentation and construction administration activities. The Consultant shall discontinue services upon completion of this scope or upon reaching the limits of the contract fee whichever occurs first. The goals on this project are 14% MBE and 14% WBE.
