NOTICE OF REQUESTS FOR QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUESTS FOR PROPOSALS FOR A PROJECT MANAGER TO OVERSEE COMPLETION OF WATER AND SEWER SYSTEMS AND STREET IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE ISHANI RIDGE SUBDIVISION IN PAHRUMP, NEVADA The Fifth Judicial District Court for Nye County, Nevada (“Court”), under the Court’s authority in conjunction with Case No. CV 20-0213, is soliciting proposals from qualified firms or individuals to serve as a Project Manager for the completion of water and sewer systems and street improvements for the Ishani Ridge subdivision in Pahrump, Nevada. There is already an approved Scope of Work (“SOW”) for completion of the water and sewer systems and street improvements. The Project Manager will obtain quotes or estimates for completion of the water and sewer systems and street improvements, report the results of the quotes received, make recommendations (subject to Court approval) of the contractors to work on the water and sewer systems and street improvements, make regular reports to the Court as well as to Nye County, Nevada Public Works Department, the Court and Great Basin Water Company (“GBWC”); execute the contracts with the selected contractors after the contracts are approved by the Court; prepare certificates of completion subject to approval of the Court and perform related tasks, all subject to final Court approval. Interested and qualified firms or individuals that have experience and expertise in oversight, management, preparation of procurement documents and contracts, managing contractors, and construction schedules are invited to submit a proposal in accordance with the instruction in the RFQ/RFP. A “response package” has been prepared and includes the Information for Responders, and other related documents. The Response package may be examined and copies obtained by contacting the Nye County Public Works Department, 250 N. Highway 160, Suite #2, Pahrump, Nevada 89060, or by calling 775-751-6262 or by accessing the Nye County website at www.nyecounty.net. All responses must be in a sealed envelope clearly marked “QUALIFIED PROJECT MANAGER FOR ISHANI RIDGE PROJECT”. No verbal (oral), e-mailed or facsimile transmitted responses will be accepted or considered. There will be a non-mandatory question and answer meeting on January 10, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. at the Nye County Public Works Department, 250 N. Highway 160, Suite #2, Pahrump, Nevada 89060. The sealed Responses will be accepted until 2:00 P.M on January 20, 2022, at the Nye County Public Works Department, 250 N. Highway 160, Suite #2, Pahrump, Nevada 89060; One (1) original and two (2) copies of the Response must be included. Opening of the Responses will commence at 2:00 P.M. on January 20, 2022, in the Nye County Public Works Department, 250 N. Highway 160, Suite #2, Pahrump, Nevada 89060. It is anticipated that the Responses to the RFQ’s and RFP’s will be reviewed by Department One of the Fifth Judicial District Court on or about February 15, 2022 and a Project Manager will be selected shortly thereafter. Department One of the Fifth Judicial District Court expressly reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any and all responses or proposals.
