The proposed procurement is for the above NSNs, with drawings available through cFoldders on DIBBS. Anticipated contract type is an Indefinite Quantity Contract. This proposed procurement contains an option to extend the Basic Year one or more times at the discretion of the Government. Items are to be shipped to various locations within the established minimum and maximum quantity limits, on an as needed basis. The total contract shall not exceed five (5) years. The procurement will be solicited on an unrestricted basis, utilizing FAR Part 15 procedures.

While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of the offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance as described in the solicitation.
