The City is seeking bids for Job Number 1365, 2021 Asphalt Maintenance Project work includes milling and shaping of existing sealcoat pavement, and placement of 1 ½” of HMA surface. As per 820 ILCS 130/1, prevailing wages shall be required for this project. Bid packages are available online only. Those wishing to retrieve the project plans and/or proposal should visit the City of Moline’s website via the link below and fill out the required form. Once the form is completed in its entirety, a pdf copy of the project documents will open.
