Sealed bids labeled "BID ENCLOSED: Project 1 – Sedimentation Basins and Scum Collection System Modifications – Electrical Package" will be received by the Niagara Falls Water Board at the Water Plant located at 5815 Buffalo Avenue, Niagara Falls, NY 14304, on or before 2:00 P.M. local time, October 1, 2020. Contract Documents may be obtained at the Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) Administration Building front office located at 1201 Buffalo Avenue, Niagara Falls, New York 14304 upon payment of $100.00 for each set. Checks for Contract Documents should be made payable to the Niagara Falls Water Board. A deposit of $100.00 per set is required, in the form of two checks for $50.00 each payable to the Niagara Falls Water Board. Bidders will receive a full refund of the entire deposit upon returning complete plans and specifications in good condition, within thirty (30) days of the bid award or rejection of the bids; non-bidders will be refunded one-half of the deposit upon return of such plans and specifications in good condition free of markings, within thirty (30) days following the award of the Contract or rejection of the bids.
