The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 8 (NCO-8), is seeking and intends to award a fixed-price contract for Design-Build (D/B) construction services for the project titled: “Installation of New Chillers at Building 7 and Building 10.” at the Miami VA Medical Center, 1201 NW 16th Street, Miami, FL 33125. This project is to install independent new air-cooled chillers and support systems at buildings 7 and 10.
