Title: Full-Time – PSC -  Program Officer (Finance, Investment and Trade (FIT))

Position Information: One (1) Full-Time Personal Services Contractor (PSC). One (1) 12 month base year (2,087 Hours).         Renewable for up to 4 Option Years at the sole discretion of the Government

Pay Band: 4B:      $79,100 - $122,800 ($37.90 - $58.84 per hour)

The PSC may receive a pay supplement of 15% of the direct labor cost in lieu of fringe benefits.

Place of Performance: Principal place of performance at MCC in Washington, DC and/or PSC's home of record.

Type of Contract: Time-and-Materials (T&M) contract with one (1) twelve (12) month base period and four (4) 12 month option periods available at the sole discretion of the Government.

Number of Positions: Multiple hires may be made from this solicitation for first year from date of original award.

1.) Introduction

2.) Scope of Position

The Department of Compact Operations (DCO), Infrastructure, Environment and Private Sector Division (IEPS) is seeking a Full-Time Personal Services Contractor (PSC) to serve as a Program Officer  on the Finance, Investment and Trade (FIT) team within the DCO at the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) Headquarters Building in Washington, DC.

This position is NOT authorized to supervise any Federal employees.
