The Navy has a procurement requirement for Program Management and Tech Services for the Common Tester Program. The Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane intends to award Job Order 0020 on the existing Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00164-10-G-GM09 with Teradyne, 600 Riverpark Dr. North Reading, MD 01864-2634. This JO will cover a period of performance of one year. This JO will also contain two sets of Options for Tech Services with and without travel. The BOA covers a five year period to procure Teradyne 9100 Spectrum testers and associated spare equipment, instrument calibration, and maintenance. Inspection and Acceptance will be at Destination. This Job Order will be conducted on a sole-source basis in accordance with the statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and implemented by FAR 6.302-1.
