This is a Request for Information/Sources Sought (RFI/SS) notice to facilitate market research only. The Government is looking to identify qualified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business (SDVOB) under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 541611, Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services for a Program and Policy Support requirement. Responses from capable SDVOBs only are highly encourage. If your firm is capable of providing the requirements described in this RFI/SS and Attachments 1-3, please provide a Capability Statement to Mr. Delvin Whitlock, [email protected], no later than 1:00 p.m. EST on 21 August 2018. The Capability Statement should include general information and technical background describing your firm's experience in contracts requiring similar efforts to meet the program objectives and be no longer than four (4) pages in length. The Government plans to consider all information submitted in response to this RFI/SS and use the Internet and e-mail as the primary means of disseminating and exchanging information. Hard copies of documents will not be made available. Again, this notice is for market research purposes only and is not a request for proposal (RFP), nor does it restrict the Government as to the final acquisition strategy. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any costs incurred in preparation of a response to this notice.
