This is a notice of the Government's intent to solicit, negotiate and award a sole source contract to Forensic Assurance Inc. for four (4) Custom DNA Proficiency Tests employing static test design kits to be delivered to Fort Gillem, GA.  Forensic Assurance Inc. is the sole manufacturer of these products and does not have any distributors which sale these products. This is not a set-aside for small business. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency. Responses(s) may be sent via email on company letterhead: include company's name, point of contact, address, phone number, DUNS number, Tax ID, business size, and solicitation number.
