The objective of the contract between National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) and the successful contractor is to provide professional services to investigate whether Cook Inlet beluga whale diet has changed through time using stable isotope (carbon and nitrogen) techniques. Teeth and bone collected from Cook Inlet belugas are available from NMFS, private individuals, and museums for analysis in accordance with the statement of work, terms and conditions contained in the attached RFQ NMFS AKR-14-0911.
