This is a combined synopsis/solicitation procurement action for the successful contractor to provide National Marine Fisheries Services (NMFS) AK Region with professional services for a Cost and Benefit Analysis of the eLandings Interagency Electronic Reporting System per the attached statement of work in the request for quotes (RFQ) NMFS AKR-14-10829 prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 13. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 541690 and is a Small Business Set-Aside.

The objective of this contract is for the contractor to provide professional services to complete an analysis of the costs and benefits of the eLandings Interagency Electronic Reporting System. The analysis will address the 3 core IERS reporting applications: eLandings Web, which includes the IFQ debit capabilities; seaLandings; and tLandings in accordance with the statement of work, terms and conditions contained in the attached RFQ NMFS AKR-14-10829.

NOAA NMFS Alaska Regional Acquisition Division, requires that all contractors doing business with this Acquisition Office be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM).
