MEDFORD SCHOOL DISTRICT PROFESSIONAL OF RECORD FOR MSDEC MAIN BUILDING Bids Due 2:00 p.m., January 5, 2021 REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL RFP 20-00-18 Notice is hereby given that proposals will be accepted by the Medford School District at the Facilities/Purchasing Office, located at 815 S. Oakdale Avenue, Medford, OR 97501 until 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, January 5th, 2021. There will be a pre-proposal meeting on Wednesday, December 23, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. to be held in the facilities office to discuss the project and walk the site. This meeting is not mandatory. Medford School District 549C (District) is seeking written proposals from qualified firms or individuals (Proposer) with demonstrated experience in public projects to provide Architectural services in connection with the design and construction administration for the remodel of the MSDEC Main Building. To be considered, interested parties must submit their Proposals in accordance with the requirements set forth in the RFP.
