PUBLIC NOTICE REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL PROFESSIONAL LANDSCAPE E ARCHITECT, DESIGN, AND ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR THE DREAM HOMES PARK The City of Cathedral City requests proposals from qualified professional landscape architect, design, and engineering consultants to prepare final Design Plans, Engineering Plans, Specifications and Estimates (PS&E) and Contract Bid Documents for the Dream Homes Park Project, City Project No. C07021 PROPOSAL OVERVIEW The Dream Homes Park Request for Proposal can be downloaded from the Bids and Notices tab on the Cathedral City website: www.cathedralcity.gov. Proposals shall be submitted in 8½” x 11” format. Submit one (1) Signed Original and a flash drive with an electronic copy of the Work Proposal. Submit one (1) Copy of the Cost Proposal in a Separate Sealed Envelope entitled “Cost Proposal” in the package containing the Work Proposal. Submit the entire proposal in a sealed envelope with “DREAM HOMES PARK PROPOSAL FOR PROFESSIONAL LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT, DESIGN, AND ENGINEERING SERVICES, City Project C07021 printed on the outside. The proposal must be received by the City of Cathedral City, 68-700 Avenida Lalo Guerrero Cathedral City, CA 92234, no later than Thursday, May 26, 2022 at 2:00 PM. Proposals must be signed by an official authorized to bind the firm and shall be valid for sixty (60) days.
