The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) in support of the Laboratory of Infectious Diseases (LID) intends to negotiate on an other than full and open competition the production of twenty milligrams of purified influenza viral-like particles from Kempbio 5119 Pegasus Court Suite P. Frederick, MD 21704.  Kembio has been working with LID on several influenza protocols.  Changing vendors at this time would introduce variables into the protocols that would negatively affect the current projects. This is not a request for proposal.  All responsible source s may submit a response with their capabilities to provide the above services that will be considered.  The Government reserves the right to make a decision whether to this requirement is available for competition.  All responses shall be submitted no later than 31 August 2015 to [email protected].
