The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention is looking for a company that can provide short proposals and quotations for the following requirement: (1) baculovirus stock and antigen production from four different recombinant protein baculovirus plasmids that will be provided by CDC, (2) purification of the antigen, and then (3) production of custom specific monoclonal antibodies (MAbs) that broadly reacts to epitopes of antigen which are conserved to all four constructs as well as MAbs that specifically binds to epitopes of antigen which are specific to each construct. This will be used to develop antigen-based assay that can be used as an ELISA-based format or rapid test.

This requirement will be awarded as a small purchase. Award will be made to the lowest bidder technically acceptable.
