This sources sought/Request for Information (RFI) is posted for planning and market research purposes only. This RFI does not constitute a request for proposal, request for quote, or invitation for bids. This RFI does not commit the Government to issue any type of solicitation or award a contract. This RFI does not restrict the Government from a particular acquisition approach. The Government will not reimburse any respondent for any cost associated with information submitted in response to this sources sought/RFI.

In accodance with requirements provided in Attachment 1, the NAVAIR Unmanned Carrier Aviation Program Office (PMA-268) is seeking information from 8(a) vendors on their capabilities in the design, development, implementation, and deployment of a PLM system.

Vendors should submit whitepapers, technical documentation, or any other documents that would describe the company's ability to meet the requirements as described in Attachment 1. 

Although PMA-268 is specifically seeking information and capabilities from 8(a) vendors, small businesses are also encouraged to provide capability statements.
