The Federal Medical Center (FMC) Lexington, KY is soliciting quotations under Request for Quote (RFQ) P01091000020 for June FY10 Produce.

Please read the RFQ carefully and include all information requested in your quote. Award date will be approximately May 28, 2010, with offers due by May 27, 2010, 2:00 PM EDST. Contract performance/delivery schedule will be from June 1, 2010 through June 30, 2010, with deliveries weekly as requested by the Food Service Administrator. This solicitation is restricted to 100% Small Business, FOB Destination. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right to make formal single or multiple awards. The Government will award to the responsible offeror (s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, that are considered to be most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered, prices being rated higher that past performance. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations have the right to submit offers/bids equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. The solicitation will be made available on May 13, 2010, and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administrations Federal Business Opportunities website: http://www.fedbizopps.gov. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this website.
