Please read the RFQ carefully and include all information requested in your quote. Award date will be approximately April 28, 2010, with offers due by April 23, 2010, 5:00 PM EDST. Contract performance/delivery schedule will be from May 1, 2010 through May 31, 2010, with deliveries weekly as requested by the Food Service Administrator. This solicitation is restricted to 100% Small Business, FOB Destination. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right to make formal single or multiple awards. The Government will award to the responsible offeror (s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, that are considered to be most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered, prices being rated higher that past performance. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations have the right to submit offers/bids equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. The solicitation will be made available on April 9, 2010, and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administrations Federal Business Opportunities website: http://www.fedbizopps.gov. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this website. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to insure they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. Payment will be made using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).
