Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government.  DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, please do not submit requests. The only approved source for this item is United Technologies Corp. (CAGE 52661, P/N 4086836). Any manufacturer, other than the approved source, who would like to submit a proposal on this item, must submit a complete source approval package (SAR). This solicitation will result in a firm fixed-price contract. The requirement is for 3467 each, FOB Origin, Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. The required delivery is 338 days ARO. ABVS applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered. This is a letter Request for Proposal (RFP). Buyer intends to award IAW existing Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA). A copy of the solicitation will not be available via the DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board Systems (DIBBS). Sole source per FAR 6.302. A copy of this solicitation will only be available to requesters by contacting the buyer directly. The anticipated solicitation issue date is July 2, 2012. The anticipated closing date is July 31, 2012.
