The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency has a requirement to provide Jeppesen Military Chart Services (JMCS). This requirement will provide access to a commercially available electronic library of terminal aeronautical charts, diagrams and textual information in support of the Department of Defense (DoD) and U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) global aeronautical navigation requirements. Aeronautical data is defined as Terminal Instrument Procedures (STAR, IAP, SID and visual approach procedures), airport diagrams, NOTAMs (chart updates) and textual information pages. The period of performance will consist of a 6-month base period with two 1-year option periods and two 6-month option periods. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(2); Jeppesen, a Boeing Company, 55 Inverness Drive East, Englewood, CO 80112-5498. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement or submit a proposal. All proposals received by the closing date will be considered by the Government.
