This is a solicitation for commercial items perpared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcment constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO), Contracting Division, Softare Section (PL8321), 2300 East Drive, Scott AFB, IL 62225-5406, intends to issue a competitive award to ESI North America Inc., the OEM, or one of its authorized resellers to provide ProCast Software and Support to the Naval Foundry and Propeller Center (NEPCICN). The Period of Performance (POP) is September 30, 2015 through September 29, 2016.

Contract Award cannot be made to any contractor not enrolled in the System for Award Management (SAM) program. The SAM Website is http://www.sam.gov.
