Supervisor of Shipbuilding Conversion and Repairs (SSGR) Groton CT requires a Problem Solving and Process Mapping Course to be provided for Quality Assurance Personnel in the area of Groton, CT.  The Quality Assurance Division is required to use problem solving skills and techniques, root cause analysis, and process mapping on a daily basis, as they are performing quality oversight for Submarine construction and repair. The course should be approximately three days in length. There will be two sessions to train 30 SSGR personnel, with approximately 15 personnel in each session.
