Provide a web-based interface (web portal) to consolidate all Probable Maximum Precipitation (PMP) data developed for several states, including Texas. This will eliminate the need for a desktop version of GIS by individual users and ensure all states and users have access to the most current tools and data, and provide all technical and meteorological support for related tools use and PMP development.
