The New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services (Department) issues this Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit Proposals for Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) and Hepatitis C Virus (HCV) testing in non-healthcare settings to individuals who are prioritized as being high risk for acquiring HIV or HCV, which may include but are not limited to: Substance use disorder treatment facilities. Correctional facilities. Homeless shelters and drop-in centers. Areas where the prioritized populations congregate.
