Foothill Transit is issuing this Request for Proposals No. 20-001 (“RFP”) seeking Proposals from qualified individuals or firms for the printing of a monthly newsletter titled Footnotes, as more fully described in Part III of the RFP. Footnotes is a four-page newsletter containing stories and photos about the latest Foothill Transit events and news, as well as a monthly trivia contest and listings. It is published monthly for the customers, board members, and staff of Foothill Transit. The printing services shall be performed for a term of two (2) years with two (2) one (1)-year options to be exercised at the sole discretion of Foothill Transit.
