Notice Summary Legal Advertisement WASHINGTON COUNTY, OREGON INVITATION TO BID No. 2021.049B Printing and Bindery Services The Invitation to Bid ("ITB") documents will be available at www.WashCoPurch.com/biz All work must be performed in accordance with ORS 282.210 PUBLIC PRINTING. ORS 282.210 states, in part, that unless otherwise exempted, all public printing, binding and stationery work shall be performed within the State of Oregon. Bidders are responsible for checking the site for any addenda to the ITB documents before submitting their bids to the site. Bid are due no later than 2:00 pm on Thursday, April 22, 2021 late bids are unable to be entered. The estimated expense for this contract will be $600,000 - $700,000. Bids must contain: A statement as to whether the bidder is a resident bidder, as defined in ORS 279A.120(1)(b). The County may reject any bid not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, and may reject for good cause any or all bids upon a finding of the County it is in the public interest to do so. The Washington County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any and all informalities in the best interest of the County. Bidders are solely responsible for ensuring receipt of their bid by the Purchasing Division. Bidders must conform to the requirements of these bid documents and all related, applicable laws. The County does not intend to pre-qualify any bidders for this project.
