Sources sought request to determine the interest and feasibility of potential vendors capable of providing the Primus - RS OR EQUAL item, base with column, exercise head, set of applicable tools, computer system with LCD touch screen, patient chair, and one year service agreement. Salient characteristics include but are not limited to; work simulator with three (3) dimensional movement for functional tasks simulation, a computer system attachment with LCT touch screen to monitor patient progress and adjust programs on a dynamic basis, a continuoius passive motion (CPM) capablity, singe unit machine that has isometric, isontonic, and isokinectic options. Dimensions shall not exceed; a width of 28 inches, length of 45.5 inches, and height of 78 inches, primus unit weight shall not exceed 805 pounds, and patient chair weight shall not exceed 160 pounds. Electrical requirements shall not exceed 110-125 volt circuit, 60 Hz, 20 amps. This requirement is for the Malcolm Grow Medical Center located at Joint Base Andrews, Maryland. All responding businesses are required to identify their firm's size and type of business to this NAICS code size standard of 1250 employees.
