Attached is the solicitation for Primavera Prosight Software. 

Please provide a signed document (solicitation) back as soon as possible.  You need to fill in blocks 30 (a), (b), and (c) on page 1 of the Standard Form (SF) 1449.  Please return pages 1, 2, and 3.  On page 3, fill in the CLIN amount.

If your company is registered at the ORCA website (https://orca.bpn.gov/), you will not need to return the completed FAR Clause 52.212-3.  Please either register with the OCRA website or complete 52.212-3 and return it to me.

Also, please provide a commercial price list.  This will be used for internal pricing verification reasons only and will not be distributed in any form.
