The Work, officially known as “Primary Clarifier No. 2 Mechanism Replacement,” consists of replacement of the drive mechanism on Primary Clarifier No. 2, including removal of the existing drive unit and modifications to the clarifier bridge to accommodate the new drive installation. The Work also includes sandblasting and recoating all submerged and exposed steel surfaces in the clarifier, including collector mechanism, bridge, scum collector, baffles, brackets, pipes, and miscellaneous hardware. Sealed bids will be received until 11:00 A.M., local time, on Thursday, May 30th, 2024. All bids will be opened and publicly read aloud at a meeting immediately following 11:00 AM.
