The work shall consist of removing and replacing deck coating, concrete stairs, concrete deck edge coping, and concrete flatwork. The work shall include, but not be limited to, adjusting existing facilities to grade, relocating and reinstalling existing facilities and water pollution control. A non-mandatory prebid meeting is scheduled for 2:00 p.m., November 30, 2021, at the Prewett Family Water Park located at 4701 Lone Tree Way, Antioch, CA. The estimated cost of construction is $480,000.
