This requirement previously accomplished as two seperate requirements. This sources sought is to find companies who can accomplish both the MXS Preventative Maintenance and Compressor Maintenance PWS's.

MXS Preventative Maintenance- Provide preventative maintenance for abrasive blast equipment, paint spray and surface preparation booths in accordance with the manufacturers recommended preventive maintenance and standard commercial practices for building 282, 233 and 228.

Compressor Maintenance- Servicing of compressor model numbers (GA33FF, GA22, QVT54, GA30FF, GA37FF, GA7VSD, GA22VSD, LS100, ES8, MB8, KT5PV, HRA25-12, GA37VSD, 2545, ZT37 AND GA55). This equipment will have two services, a semi-annual and an annual service for each of the listed compressors. The contractor will provide serving per manufactures instructions.
