The Billings Area Indian Health Service, Wind River Service Unit Ft. Washakie Wyoming intends to award a non-competitive contract on a sole-source base under the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1 to Maittronics, 20616 Maitland, Lead, SD 57754 for Preventative Maintenance on ADEC Dental Care Equipment, Ultra Sonic Cleaning Equipment and Radiographic Equipment. The purchase order shall consist of a 12 month period. Any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification to the Contracting Officer by September 26, 2014 by 2:30pm. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the requirement listed and show that competition would be advantage to the Government. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to complete the proposes procurement bases upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. if no responses are received, the Government will proceed with the sole-source acquisition to Maittronics.
