The proposed contract action is for Naval Health Research Center San Diego CA 92106-3521 for PLEX-ID Instrument (instrument + server), 2 preventive maintenance per year, PLEX-ID Fluid Handler, includes one annual PM, PLEX-ID Themo-cycler, includes one annual PM. Which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. THIS NOTICE OF INTEND IS NOT A REQUESR FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES.
