Sole Source Intent. This requirement must be compatible in form, fit, and function to existing software and hardware. Varex Imaging Corporation is the sole proprietor and original equipment manufacturer of the Linatron X-ray system. Varex Imaging Corporation is the only authorized dealer that can provide system maintenance and emergency repairs. The period of performance reads as follows:
