The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) is soliciting quotations to obtain Preventative Maintenance for 2 HVAC Units and Uninterruptable Power Supply (UPS), see Statement of Work (SOW) and Specifications detailed below.

Quotations in response to this RFQ shall be accepted up to: January 20, 2013, 5:00 pm. Only email written requests for additional information will be accepted. Notification of any changes shall be made only on the internet. Quotations submitted in response to this notice shall include the solicitation number in the subject line and be signed, dated and submitted via email to [email protected] Vendors not registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database at the time the requirement is to be awarded will not be considered. BACKGROUND
The Federal Investigative Services (FIS) is a part of the United States Office of Personnel Management (OPM). FIS provides background investigation services for other agencies of the Federal Government.
In descending order of importance Merit, Past Performance, and Price will be consider. The Government reserves the right to award to a higher priced technically superior offeror if it determines that the superior technical quality of the selected quote outweighs the relative difference in price. Price will become a relatively more significant determining factor as the technical quality of competing quotes converges.
