The intention of this solicitation is to award a firm fixed price contact to provide annual inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs to 27 aerial Lifts and 3 forklifts at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts.

Minor preventive maintenance shall consist of but not limited to lubrication, cleaning and adjusting switches, gears, brakes, guides, sprockets, chains, belts or other related components that allow the vehicles to function in an efficient and safe manner at all times. Contracted services are also needed to perform on-demand repairs, as approved by the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR). All work will be performed under a single contract for one Base Period and 4 Option Years.

Proposals will be evaluated and award will be based upon the Best Value to the Government based on lowest price and technically acceptable factors.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 811310 Commercial and industrial machinery repair and maintenance services.

Offerors must be registered in the Contractor's Central Registration (CCR) in order to participate in this procurement. Registration can be accomplished at https://www.sam.gov
