The Federal Bureau of Prisons' (Bureau), Education Department has created a Request for Information (RFI) to seek an entity to design and implement a comprehensive prevalence study for learning disabilities of inmates located in multiple federal correctional institutions. The prevalence study will involve the design, implementation, administration of assessments, synthesis of data, and recommendations for resources based on study outcomes. Interested parties shall not be reimbursed for any costs related to the development and submission of information in response to this RFI.
