NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that proposals are requested by the Board of County Commissioners of Brevard County, Florida, from qualified firms to provide Pretrial Services and Misdemeanor Probation Services as described below: The purpose of the Request for Proposals (RFP) is to select the most highly qualified firm to provide Pretrial Services and Misdemeanor Probation Services for the Eighteenth Judicial Circuit Court, in and for Brevard County, as required by Florida Statutes. This contract shall provide for the monitoring, supervision, rehabilitation, pretrial and probation services for offenders ordered by the Circuit and/or County Court of Brevard County. The County and the County Court make no representations as to the number, if any, of cases that may be assigned.
