The United States Government seeks to lease class ‘A' contiguous office space. The space offered must consist of approximately 1,040 rentable square feet in Coeur d' Alene. The space should yield 904 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet.
The Government will require three (3) surface parking spaces.
The proposed space must be located within the city limits of Coeur d' Alene, ID.
The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, and should be fully serviced.
Space must be ready for occupancy no later than November 1, 2010.
The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Consideration shall be based on the area profile, location, and proposed security precautions if the location would be utilized.
All expressions of interest submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building's ownership.
