Additional Requirements: Offered space should be located on the third floor or above, but not on the top floor of a multi-story building. Offered space that is offered in a building of three floors or less, the space offered must be located on a floor where the bottom of the window sill is at least 18 feet above the exterior finished grade.
Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
