Floors and Seating: Contractor shall refurbish all existing wood flooring, to include minor repairs to the theater floor (fill holes due to previous seat bolt pattern).
Theater seating shall be new auditorium-style seating with large self-storing tablet arms, and durable seating fabric, to match existing seating.
Theater Stage & Steps: Contractor shall refurbish (sand and re-polish the surfaces) of theater stage and steps, and replace anti-skid strips on steps.
