The Department of Administration, State Bureau of Procurement requests bids for prescription safety glasses. Individual State of Wisconsin agencies will utilize the contract to purchase the prescription safety glasses through agency dispensing and/or retail dispensing outlets provided by the bidder. Any contract resulting from this request for bid (RFB) will establish uniform pricing that includes, but is not limited to, the following categories: Lenses, Frames, Coatings, Misc. add-ons, and Accessories.
