This amendment to RFQ-10-19-025-REL:
(1) Replaces Attachment A, Eyeglass Price Schedule;
(2) Distributes the Questions and Answers received in response to the solicitation; and
(3) Extends the solicitation closing time and date to 2:00 p.m. on June 28, 2019.
All other terms and conditions remain the same.
