This amendment revises the solicitation provision on Page B-23, Subsection B.3, Paragraph E.8, to read as follows: "Frames, other than those displayed at the Service Unit, may be ordered through the Contractor at their wholesale (FRAMES Book) price. Please indicate if a % discount will be available for these frames. _______% (As this anticipated purchase is for private pay patients only we do not anticipate factoring this into the award.)."
