The 502^nd Contracting Squadron 2250 Engineer Street, Fort Sam Houston, TX 78234, is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) IAW FAR Part 12 and 13.  This requirement is being solicited Brand Name or Equal as a 100% Small Business Set Aside on FedBizOpps.  The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 334111, Electronic Computer Manufacturing; with a small business size standard of 1,000 Employees.  This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-76 effective 25 Aug 2014. The Government intends to award one (1) Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract for the purchase of three (3) Preschool Computers and Computer Desks, Brand Name or Equal to the iStartSmart Pre-K system and four (4) Preschool Computers and Computer Desks, Brand Name or Equal to  the iStartSmart Pre-K Twin system in support of the 502^nd Force Support Squadron (FSS) Child Development Center (CDC), Fort Sam Houston, Texas 78234.
