The announcement constitutes a Notice of Proposed Contract Action (NOCA) for a non-competitive contract to be negotiated with The Boeing Company, for the purpose of Prephix V5 Training in support the AOC. The contract will provide the Air Force with the following product: Prephix V5 Training in support 10.2 AOC program. The Boeing Company is the developer and sole certified trainer of Prephix v5 software and training.
