The U S Naval Hospital, Guam intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price for Premium Maintenance Coverage and Premium Accumed Overseas on a sole source basis with Parata Systems LLC.  2600 Meridian Parkway, Durham, NC  27713. New services provided under Premium Maintenance and Premium Accumed are: (a) Preventive Maintenance, (b) Staff Refresher Training, (c) Standardized Service Reporting, (d) Parata Software Application Upgrades (e) Standardized Service Reporting, (f) Call Center Support and (g) Remote Connection Support.  Premium Maintenance and Premium Accumed Overseas is a 24/7 Operations in supporting U S Naval Hospital Guam's mission of patient care.  This procurement is procured in accordance with FAR 13.  This is NOT a request for proposals.  No solicitation will be issued.  Determination not to compete this requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government.
